1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a form, requesting an audit, or entering into a paid engagement with SpeedRankSEO, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use this website or engage our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, audit requesters, and paying clients of SpeedRankSEO, operated by Rico Kusuma.

2. Services

SpeedRankSEO provides SEO-related services including but not limited to:

• Technical SEO audits and implementation
• Keyword research and content strategy
• Reddit SEO demand capture
• AI search optimization and entity building
• Link building and authority development
• Monthly growth SEO retainers

The specific scope of work for each engagement is defined in a separate proposal or agreement sent to the client before work begins.

3. No Guarantee of Rankings

Our case studies reflect real client results. They are shared as examples of past performance, not promises of future results. Every website, niche, and market is different.

We will never promise guaranteed #1 rankings. If another provider makes that promise, treat it as a warning sign.

4. Engagement Terms

Monthly retainer engagements require a minimum 3-month commitment. This is because SEO compounds over time. Meaningful data and ranking movement typically begin appearing between months 2 and 4.

After the initial 3-month period, engagements continue on a month-to-month basis with 30 days written notice required to cancel.

One-time audits (SEO Foundation Audit) have no ongoing commitment. Delivery timelines are agreed upon in writing before payment.

5. Payment

Monthly retainer fees are invoiced at the start of each billing period and due within 7 days of the invoice date. Work for a given month begins upon receipt of payment.

One-time projects require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon delivery.

Late payments may result in a pause or suspension of active work. SpeedRankSEO reserves the right to terminate an engagement after 14 days of unpaid invoices without refund of prior payments.

All pricing is in US dollars. Engagements start from $1,000 per month. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before any work begins.

6. Client Responsibilities

For us to deliver results, the client agrees to:

• Provide access to Google Search Console and Google Analytics within 5 business days of engagement start
• Respond to requests for approvals, content feedback, or access credentials within 5 business days
• Implement technical SEO recommendations on their website within a reasonable timeframe
• Not engage another SEO provider working on the same pages or keywords during an active engagement without prior written notice

Delays caused by late client responses may shift deliverable timelines. We will communicate any timeline changes in writing.

7. Deliverables and Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all deliverables produced for a client (audit reports, content, strategy documents) become the property of the client.

SpeedRankSEO retains the right to reference the engagement as a case study (without disclosing confidential business data) unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Proprietary methodologies, templates, and internal processes used to produce deliverables remain the intellectual property of SpeedRankSEO.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during an engagement. This includes client data, strategy documents, and pricing details.

SpeedRankSEO will not share your business data, analytics access, or strategy with third parties without your written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

SpeedRankSEO's total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the total fees paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost revenue, lost rankings, or business interruption resulting from algorithm updates, platform changes, or factors outside our control.

10. Use of This Website

You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes to learn about our services and submit inquiries. You may not:

• Scrape, copy, or reproduce any content from this website without written permission
• Use this website to send unsolicited commercial messages
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to submit forms or generate false inquiries

11. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with 30 days written notice after the initial 3-month period. During the notice period, work continues as normal and invoices remain due.

SpeedRankSEO reserves the right to terminate an engagement immediately if a client engages in conduct that is abusive, illegal, or in breach of these terms. In such cases, fees for work completed are non-refundable.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. For active client engagements, material changes will be communicated in writing with at least 14 days notice.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SpeedRankSEO operates. Any disputes arising from these terms or an engagement will first be attempted to be resolved through direct negotiation. If that fails, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration.
